I saw this photo and laughed at the repair job and then noted the Daimler Smart Car in the window reflection.  I guarantee that the driver of that car was in no way involved in this repair work.  The multi-colored Japanese(looking) sedan to its (reflected) right?  That’s probably the repair guy.  He’s likely busy right at this moment with a major repair involving Chicklets, an adjustable wrench, and a tape deck that continuously plays “La Bamba.”
