In my roundup last week of European electric supercars, I completely forgot the Citroen Survolt, a prototype speedster. The car has no price tag, expected production date, or anything else except that it nearly stopped the show with its awesomeness at the last Geneva Motor Show and last week at the Lemans Classic.
The car is pretty awesome, though Citroen has been tight-lipped about most of the specs. It sports 300hp+, 124 miles of range on lithium-ion batteries, and has a fast-charger that can refuel in only 2 hours or takes 10 hours on a standard European 220V household plug.
It recently appeared at the Lemans Classic as an exhibition car, driven by the acclaimed driver Vanina Ickx.
It’s a cool car that, if it sees production, will likely be limited and will definitely be expensive.
