The M-Org Custom Chopper Concept is Badass Organic

With my regular influx of news, press releases, and reading around the Web, I am often presented with concept vehicles.  Some of them are really stupidly goofy and unrealistic, some are banal, others are just more of the usual, and some are just, well, awesome.  It’s not often that really cool motorcycles come my way – the focus for my inbox seems to be cars, engines, trucks, and the like.

I saw this one, though, and the accompanying writeup at AutoBlogGreen and realized that while it’s probably never going to see anything nearing production (or even a one-off prototype stage), it’s still frikkin coooooool as it can get.

The M-Org is a custom chopper-style motorcycle concept that designer Michael Smolyanov says will be framed with materials that are “grown from organic substances.”  Methinks he smokes a few too many of those organics, but Smolyanov does have some kind of fluorine growth process in mind, he says.

Maybe he’s been testing it in his basement.  Who knows?

What I do know is that this design is pure artistry.  Just look at how cool this bike looks.  From every angle, you see obvious organic and plant influences with some really cool color washes and low-bellied design.  About the only thing I don’t like is the saddle seat, which has a very high (and painful-looking) sharp hump at its back.  I can imagine that slamming my tailbone as I attempt to cruise down the road on this bad boy.

However you look at it, though, Smolyanov’s M-Org is awful badass.
